Will the appraiser share the report to the sales agent?

The appraiser’s client is the sole persons that the appraiser will reveal the report to. If the client wants they are free to share the appraisal with the owner and sales agent . The appraiser will notify the listing broker the report arrived and only that it came in at the price or didn’t make the sales price. The appraiser is not permitted to provide access to any other information about the report.

What defines highest and best use within an appraisal?

How long is a real estate appraisal valid for?

The effective date of an appraisal will be listed near the beginning of the report and specifies the date which the conclusion of value is to apply to.
